Advisory Committee—The Advisory Committee consists of Past Presidents who wish to
continue their involvement with the chapter's activities. Members attends board meetings; the immediate Past President

and reconciles the financial records prepared every other chapter year. The
committee issues a report on the status of the records to the President and the

Founders Award Committee—The
Founders Committee records Founders Award points earned by members during the
chapter year toward individual merit awards, and identifies members

Membership Committee—This
committee recruits and welcomes new members to the chapter and is responsible for gathering the appropriate
information and assembling, printing, and distributing the annual

Newsletter Committee—This committee publishes the chapter's member

Appalachian Trail, which keeps members informed of board and
committee activities, new members, and key dates. The committee supports the
chapter's educational mission through reports about the bimonthly meetings, regional/national

Program Committee—The Program
Committee is responsible for organizing and presenting chapter educational programs. The committee selects program dates and sites, recommends content, schedules speakers, and

support the publication of the chapter membership directory and service plan, and
